                        Men Skills Program

​

     As young men transit from their youthhood to manhood, the find themselves with a lot of challenges the face in their life and without proper guiding they fail in life as men. Brotherhood-Keeper (BK) Initiative is working towards Building young men to adult men with Men skills program Discussions on culture clashes, the responsibilities of a man.

                             Parenthood Skills Program

      Starting life as parent without skills of life responsibilities is challenging. As young men transit from their Manhood to Adulthood of been a parent, the find themselves with a lot of responsibilities challenges the face in their life and without proper guiding they fail in life as Parents. Brotherhood-Keeper (BK) Initiative is working towards Building men to adult men with Men skills program who can be better Parent, father and husbands with Discussions on family’s responsibilities, lifestyle and culture values and norms, the responsibilities of a man and issues parents and their children face respectively in life.

              Money - Lifestyle Skills Program

      Starting life as Young person without skills of life responsibilities is challenging, especially when it come to Money skills and lifestyle that come with it either in family setting or personal life setting . As young men transit from their Manhood to Adulthood, the find themselves with a lot of responsibilities challenges the face in their life and without proper guiding they fail in life as people. Brotherhood-Keeper (BK) Initiative is working towards Building men to adult men with Men skills program who can be better Human and men, father and husbands with Discussions on family’s responsibilities, lifestyle and culture values and norms, the responsibilities of a man and issues parents and their children face respectively in life when it come to money skills and lifestyle that come with it.

                             Leadership - Mentorship Program

      Young men need positive leaders, mentors, guidance and role models that they can consistently interact with in a safe environment. Those can inspire them as leader, mentor and helper in their life. Brotherhood-Keeper (BK) Initiative is working towards Building young men to become adult men with leadership skills program on Discussions responsibilities of a man. The program will involve workshops and activities aimed in helping young men explore responsibilities choices and providing positive role modeling that will help them make the right decisions in their life from role models, leaders and guidance that have been in their shoes before.

                               Families - School skill Program

​

      Family life is a challenging thing for anyone in life, let alone young people who are beginning. Brotherhood-Keeper (BK) Initiative is working towards Building young men to become adult men with leadership skills program on Discussions of family’s responsibilities, cares, needs and provision of a man in a family setting and the role of been a teacher to his children which is where the school come in to play. The program involves workshops and activities aimed in helping young men explore responsibilities choices and providing positive role modeling that will help them make the right decisions in their family’s life.

      School matter as well in this case a sit of a parent role and with Disengagement of our young children – youth from school and unclear career pathways can lead to disengagement from the community and engaging in anti-social behaviour. Brotherhood-Keeper (BK) Initiative is working towards Building young men to become adult men with leadership skills program on Discussions of family’s responsibilities, cares, needs and provision of a man in a family setting and the role of been a teacher to his children which is where the school come in to play. Thus, we propose a custom program to be run over a term specialised to engage the students of the school in learning new skills, expressing themselves and contributing to larger movement and change that will hopefully bring about change in their community.

                            Wellbeing-Health Program

        Men wellbeing is really important either be their mental health, physical health, emotional and spiritual health they all vital to them. Brotherhood-Keeper (BK) Initiative is working towards Building young men on their wellbeing with program involves workshops and activities aimed in helping young men explore wellbeing health, responsibilities choices and providing positive role modeling that will help them make the right decisions in their Health life.
